Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, fielding questions, scheduling appointments and follow up
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments as well as actions taken
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made according to each customers situation
• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, handle accounts, and schedule services

Job Description:

Nytech is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician / Service Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling equipment as well as estimate new installations in the Douglas County area. This position also assists with service sales and managing customer relationships. We pay our HVAC service technicians an hourly rate with performance bonus and SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) depending on experience, plus a commission on sales. Responsibilities:

• Maintaining commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
• Driving to remote work sites as needed
