Customer called for boiler service due to the moisture sensor not working on the driveway system. Our technician performed a thorough diagnostic and found several issues including a failed ignitor, failed sensors, and a leaky boiler. Due to age and repair cost our customer decided to replace the system. We installed a new modulating boiler with a 46-gallon water heater. Our customer will enjoy years of reliable heat and hot water!
Our customer called us for issues they were having with their boiler system. When we performed the diagnostic we found several issues including a rusted out circulator pump. Boilers are typically very reliable and to see a newer boiler in this condition is rare. We reached out to the manufacturer, presented the issues and was able to get our customer a new boiler under Navian’s warranty. Proposal for new boiler Diagnostic: Newer boiler, rusted out circulator pump.
During a diagnostic visit, our technician found that the original installation of the boiler had been done incorrectly. The incorrect installation was driving up energy costs and causing comfort issues. Our customer wanted to replace the system with a new high-efficiency modulating boiler to improve efficiency, energy savings, and comfort. We completed the installation of the boiler and zoning system so our customer will enjoy years of comfort and reliable service.
A longtime customer of ours who is also a Total Care Club member scheduled their annual heating maintenance appointment for their 19 year old furnace. Like every maintenance appointment, our tech performed a combustion and heat analysis and discovered that the blower motor was leaking oil and ignitor was flecking. They spoke to the homeowner about the pros and cons of repairs vs replacement, and the homeowner decided to move forward with setting up a comfort consultation for a furnace replacement. The techs at Nytech replaced both the furnace and air conditioner and added a humidifier and new Sensi-Touch thermostat for the ultimate upgrade in home comfort. The Lennox furnace is a standard efficiency, multi-stage variable speed furnace and the Lennox a/c is a single stage, mid efficiency air conditioner. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.
We got a no-heat call from a new customer and went straight to work. Upon arrival, we found no heat due to the blower motor failing and multiple parts, such as the ignitor, gasket, and blower wheel all beyond the point of a reliable cleaning and repair. Due to the age and condition of the system, a replacement was recommended. The customer agreed, and wanted to be quoted for air conditioning installation too, as their house didn’t have any air conditioning installed. We returned and installed a full Lennox system, including a Lennox Single Stage, Mid-Efficiency Air Conditioner and Lennox Standard Efficiency, Single Stage Furnace plus a Sensi Wifi thermostat. Our new, happy customer can relax in total comfort (and enjoy their new air conditioning in the summer months!) with their full system replacement knowing that it’s backed by all of our Golden Guarantees.

We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.
A Total Care Club member scheduled their annual maintenance inspection for both their furnace and water heater, which both happened to be 22 years old. During the inspection, our techs discovered some extensive issues on the systems. To start, they flushed the water heater and didn’t detect any active leaks (which is great), but the system was very scaled up, the T and P was stuck closed, the expansion tank failed, and the PRV failed (which is not so great). Next, they moved on to the furnace cleaning and inspection. There they discovered that the blower motor and inducer motor bearings were showing early signs of mechanical failure, the flame sensor was low, the blower capacitor was out of specs, the blower assembly was dirty, and worst of all, airflow was slightly restricted and combustion overfired which was putting out high levels of CO. Because of the age of both systems and the high cost of repair, it was recommended to replace the water heater and the furnace, and a free replacement consultation was scheduled. We installed an AO Smith Signature 100 40 Gallon Atmospheric Vent Water Heater and Lennox Standard Efficiency Multi-Stage Variable Speed Furnace. This process included the removal of the old units and setting the new units level. We sealed up at all new joints on furnace, rewired in all high and low voltages on the furnace, redid the gas line adding a sediment trap, and rebuilt the flue in b-vent. On the water heater we redid the water lines adding new shut offs on hot and cold sides, installed a new expansion tank matched to house pressure, and redid the gas line adding a sediment trap. We ran a combustion analysis and static pressure test to ensure safe and efficient operation and adjusted fan speeds and gas flow as needed for optimal performance. This entire project is backed by our Golden Guarantees.
A new customer to Nytech was calling around to get air conditioning replacement quotes and scheduled a free consultation with us. After providing them with multiple replacement options, they decided to move forward with us for a full system replacement. We installed a new Lennox furnace and A/C with a full duct mod and added a new return and two new supply runs. This included the removal of the old equipment and setting the new units level with slight pitch towards the drain lines. We sealed up at all new joints, ran new high efficiency flue pipes, redid the gas line adding a sediment trap, rewired in all high and low voltages, and ran new drain lines for the furnace and A/C. We ran a new line set and tested for leaks. After the installation was complete, we ran a combustion analysis and static pressure test to ensure safe and efficient operation and our new, happy customer can relax in total comfort with their full system replacement knowing that it’s backed by all of our Golden Guarantees.
We were called out to a Total Care Club member’s home for a demand repair service, according to the customer, the furnace was making a weird noise, turning itself off, and wasn’t producing any heat. We arrived on the scene and found that the system was not operational. Though we managed to get the system to run, we found that the draft motor was amping close to over manufactures specifications, and when the fan blower came on, the tech noticed that the fan motor was not spinning, and the blower was over-amping and seeping some oil. Based on the condition of the system and cost of repair, it was recommended to replace the furnace. The customer agreed, and also wanted to discuss having their air conditioner replaced as well, so a full HVAC replacement consultation was scheduled for later that same day. What was originally going to just be a furnace and air conditioning replacement turned into much bigger, more extensive multi-step replacement. On top of installing a new Lennox High Efficiency, Single-Stage Furnace and Lennox Single Stage Mid-Efficiency Air Conditioner, we also installed a Sensi Wifi Touch Thermostat, AO Smith 50 Gallon Atmospheric Vent Water Heater, OneFlow+ Plus Water Purification system, Reme Halo Air Purifier, and a whole-house humidifier. Needless to say, this customer is SET for total home comfort for years to come!
A customer of ours was interested in taking advantage of a replacement promotion we were running for both HVAC systems and water heaters because their systems were nearly 20 years old, so they scheduled a free proposal and decided to move forward with the quotes they were given. It was a big project for Nytech. We installed a new Lennox furnace and A/C with a full duct mod, two new 50-gallon A.O. Smith water heaters, a healthy climate fan-powered humidifier, a big blue water filtration system, and a halo 12. This new installation included the removal of all the old equipment and setting all the new units level and with a slight pitch towards the drain lines. We sealed up all-new joints on the HVAC system, ran new gas lines for the water heaters and furnace, and added sediment traps. We also ran new drain lines for all pieces of equipment, rewired all high and low voltages, added safety shut-offs for the humidifier and A/C, and wired in the humidifier to be controlled through the S30 thermostat. For the water heater and filtration system, we ran new water lines, added new shut offs for hot and cold sides and created a bypass for the filter system, and added a large new expansion tank matched to house pressure at 60 psi. A combustion analysis and static pressure test was run at completion to ensure safe and efficient operation, and all systems are covered by our guarantees.
