Our water heaters were near end of life. Wanting to have hot water and avoid disaster, we called Nytech. They came and gave us a quote on several options. Once we decided on which route to take, parts were obtained quickly from warehouse and install date was set in a matter of a few days. Levi and team arrived, prompt, pleasant, answered all questions re the install, and they got to work. Great job! Everything was left clean, and they provided a full explanation on functions. Set up required inspection as well. Cant rec these guys highly enough. Many thanks!!!

Dylan from Nytech Plumbing was phenomenal!!! He was willing to adjust our appointment time when I needed to rearrange so that I could get my kids from school. He was able to find the issue with my plumbing which was causing a slow leak. He also fixed a sink that needed minor repair. The service was quick, friendly, he fixed the problem and was affordable!

Nytech has always been quick to respond to service requests. Brayden arrived on time as scheduled. He clearly and professionally communicated the problem I was facing. He quoted me a repair price. I'm guessing that I probably could have gotten a "cheaper" bid from another contractor if I called enough of them. However, I'm a big believer that contractors should be judged on a few things. Do they show up on time? Do they do good work and stand behind their work? Do they complete the work at the price quoted? Do they complete the work in an agreed-upon time frame? Are they clean-cut and courteous while in my house with me and my family. Brayden and Nytech get stellar grades to all of these questions. Based on my experience with other contractors, in general, this is not to be taken for granted. "Cheaper" sometimes turns into a nightmare. It's why we call Nytech first when a plumbing/HVAC need arises.

This is the 3rd time I've had Brauden here for different plumbing servicrs. He has always been friendly and respectful, very detailed and knowledgeable, and not only prompt but completes the job in a very timely manner. I really wouldn't think of having anyone else come to take care of my plumbing needs. Thank you Brayden and Nytech.

I had the best experience form the technicians at Nyteck heating and air-conditioning in Castle Rock. At one point there was a mistake made. I was so proud to find these young men who told me of the mistake. They informed the Owner of Nytech of the mistake take they made. With no issues with the owner, he said he would take care of everything. Levi Taylor and Mike Mizek were very honest a quality not found very much these days. They were very pleasant to work with. So glad this is a good company and really take care of the customer. The worked stopped and the owner sent a repair man out and fixed all. Had had a good price for a new 96 percent furnace and air-conditioned. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HONEST COMPANY AND MEN Again Thank you. Mr. & Mrs. Peterson

From the first experience to the last you can tell the culture that stems from the top down. Every interaction was pleasant, empowering, and valuable. Bento was AMAZING to work with. Both my wife and I work from home and have 4 kids. Him and his partner both interacted with the kids and communicated their process and what was happening each step of the way. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

They installed an auto shut off unit to my main waterline. They did an outstanding job and were very helpful assisting me with the app that came with the unit. They were extremely polite professional and expeditious!

Tim was very helpful in the selection of furnace thatI needed to replace. The furnace was installed the next day. Absolutely no waiting. The company has called to see how things were going since the install. Tim stopped by yesterday with a Thank You package of various goodies. I couldn’t be more pleased on how attentive things were.

We had two different services completed On the same day and both sets of staff were amazing! Very thorough in explaining the services needed and describing the cost. Some of the services are more expensive than other places but the customer service cannot be replicated!
