Our a/c continued running even with the thermostat turned off. Tyler came out and as so as je removed the cover of the a/c unit he saw the pressure switch was bad and needed replacing. Tyler did some more testing and found the disconnet was bad. He made the necesssry repairs so we could cool our hose. Tyler was freindly, professional, and courtious. We have used Nytech for about 5 years now for hvac and are very happy with the service and cost.

Benji was awesome. Super honest and professional. Service came with a great explanation prior to the work performed. Not pushy and nor absolute about our need of our 12 year old units. So genuine we signed up for monthly service. Thanks to Nytech!!

My house got struck by lighting and blew out my boiler, HVAC and sprinkler system. Nytech sent out a tech that morning to help get us back up and running. We did find over following days that damage was more server than initially thought. Every time I found a new issue, they sent someone out right away. Excellent staff and service!

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He let me shadow him while he troubleshot my AC system and walked me through each step and showed me the malfunction.

We’ve had Ryan out before and he was just as polite as ever. This time was not a conventional service appointment. He was helping us with an inspection which we’ve used Nytech for on previous house offers. This house ended up being fairly complicated too - in floor heating on all floors, in the garage, attack furnace and AC, as well as a furnace and AC in an attached apartment. Without Ryan/Nytech we wouldn’t have had the confidence to make an offer. Thaanks Ryan!

Very knowlegeable on the Lennox systems. I hope he continues to service my system. Nytech is also a great company for HVAC systems sales and maintenance.

We needed a complete new HVAC system as our furnace and AC were quite old and in bad shape. The entire process with Nytech went very well! From our initial call to the company to set up an inspection and estimate, to Benji inspecting and working with us, to the installers who went above and beyond. The first day of the install, our street was closed for resurfacing. Instead of rescheduling, the install team insisted they could push through, parked on another street and made the long walk, back and forth, with tools and materials. They’re attitude and professionalism was top-notch! Big thanks to Mike, Cody, Jeremiah, but especially to LEVI who was there through the whole project and was outstanding! And thanks to Nytech as we now have a great new system keeping our house comfortable!
