From dispatcher call to paying the bill and closing the door, the service exceeded expectations. Dispatcher and Brett were very friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. Brett could have given me a huge sales pitch on our 1983 furnace but instead showed me how to reset the furnace. (We had another company over Friday and they proposed replacing the gas line and were super heavy on sales-my husband declined service.). I brought up a new furnace out of curiosity and Brett gave me a ball park estimate, which sounded reasonable, but I was extremely appreciative of Brett’s honest professional assessment and nature. That right there topped off the whole experience. Before Brett arrived, I did tool around a bit on their site and found the company a bit impressive—service within 24 hours guaranteed, coupons, rebates, maintenance plans, and financing, of course. After the storm and no heat, I was just surfing for a heating/cooling company still open on Sunday evening to get our furnace working. Instead, I found OUR long term heating and cooling providers! Nytech and Brett exceeded service expectations. Sold!!

Furnace checkup

Benjee was helpful mentioning several suggestions regarding our hvac unit. Although he didn’t have the part to an old humidifier he found the part and emailed it to us so we could pick it up and offered to install next time they were here.

Colt and Mike were thorough, honest, and kind. Even though we had a larger job, they worked quickly but did not hastily rush through the work. I am not an HVAC expert by any means, and they explained everything in a manner that I could understand, but I never felt patronized of “swindled.” We’ve used Nytech for years, and the service and expertise standards are always met with excellence.

Excellent service

Ricky was sent out after hours when out furnace started flaking out one night. It would blow hot air for awhile, and the cold air. We made quite a few calls trying to find someone who not only works after hours, but who wouldn't charge an arm and a leg to do so. And my initial call to Nytech gave me that, but also someone who made me feel comfortable. After some time trying to figure it out, Ricky cleaned the flame sensor and it seemed to do the trick. However, the next morning it began doing it again. He came back out and traced it to a bad board after a few more hours of a no charge visit. Long story short, it's not fixed yet...waiting on a new board. However, the customer service has been great. From the girl who answered my call late at night, to Ricky's hard work and professionalism.
