Like every maintenance appointment, our tech performed a combustion and heat analysis and discovered that the blower motor was leaking oil and ignitor was flecking. They spoke to the homeowner about the pros and cons of repairs vs replacement, and the homeowner decided to move forward with setting up a comfort consultation for a furnace replacement. The techs at Nytech replaced both the furnace and air conditioner and added a humidifier and new Sensi-Touch thermostat for the ultimate upgrade in home comfort. Daikin Furnace Replacement – Coach House Loop in Castle Rock
We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.

Being an owner of several properties in Castle Rock, I am always looking for a qualified company with good customer service to assist us with our heating needs - Nytech is amazing. They are knowledgable, polite, punctual and all around terrific. You start with Becky (so pleasant to speak to on the phone) move to a great tech like Ricky to fi the concern (so nice & knowledgable), and end with a reasonable invoice! And the fact they only service Doug Co is a bonus! Just look for the big yellow truck ~ that's how we first found them! Apparently they have / soon to have a master electrician & plumber on board!

You just don't get that kind of service anymore. Found the issue and got the furnace working until my new parts came in. Im glad I found nytech. I tell everybody about my experience. Had our furnace inspected prior to winter. It was a pleasant experience using Nutech Heating and Cooling. The tech Brennen did an excellent job in explaining what he was going to do as well as reviewing the inspection results. He even called and came by earlier than the planned appointment window.
Our service tech arrived on time and he was friendly and courteous. He identified the problem quickly, replaced the part needed on the spot, and the system now seems to work well. Plain and simple...it was a good experience and your technician is a credit to your business. Well done.
