Like every maintenance appointment, our tech performed a combustion and heat analysis and discovered that the blower motor was leaking oil and ignitor was flecking. They spoke to the homeowner about the pros and cons of repairs vs replacement, and the homeowner decided to move forward with setting up a comfort consultation for a furnace replacement. The techs at Nytech replaced both the furnace and air conditioner and added a humidifier and new Sensi-Touch thermostat for the ultimate upgrade in home comfort. Daikin Furnace Replacement – Coach House Loop in Castle Rock
We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.

Our water heater began leaking, and ended up needing replacement. I called on a Sunday morning, they send out a technician that morning who stopped the leak and got our cold water turned back on. Mike Mizak then came and replaced the water heater the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our property, and overall a very pleasant person. He installed the new unit very quickly and explained functionality to me. My experience with Nytech over the last few years has been awesome. Before using them, I would dread home repairs because finding quality repair companies can be challenging. Nytech has relieved that anxiety for me, my experience with them has been quick and quality service with very respectful technicians. This experience with Mike was right along those lines. Honestly, it has been a relief knowing that Nytech is an option and I’m thankful they work in the Castle Rock area!

Rob Schultze did maintenance work on my heater. Rob did a fantastic job of inspecting the system and making sure that the system operated per system design. In particular, I was very happy that Rob and Caitlyn (from the office) helped ensure that the part that was ordered and installed on my system had all the features of the original component. Rob is very knowledgeable and does his work in a professional manner. Both Rob and Nytech as a company have shown to operate with high integrity. I would certainly recommend Rob and Nytech for anyone needing a yearly check and/or maintenance on their HVAC systems.
Tyler did an excellent job not only with the repair of the electrodes, but also with the explanations of what and why. He also detected a leak in the ‘new’ canister that I provided, and (fortunately) I had another spare that worked.

Mike, Levi and Ben just installed a filter system for my new boiler, as I am on well water. They were courteous, professional, communicated what they needed to do, took pains to protect my tile and carpet, cleaned up after the installation, carried off all the trash, and even took the time to bring me snacks, demonstrate concern, and offered to call someone who could help me further, while I was having a diabetic crash! I am so glad that I made the decision to use Nytec! Everyone I have delt with has been great, as I also had them install a new boiler system with sidearm hot water tank, replacing a system that another company installed improperly just 7 yrs. ago.
