Daikin Furnace Replacement – Coach House Loop in Castle Rock
We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.

Benji was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very thorough in his assessment of our AC issue. He didn’t pressure me into anything, let me know my options, and helped me weigh the different options that we have for a fix. He was thoughtful enough to ask if we had a sleeping baby when he saw the high chair so he didn’t wake them, and asked about our dogs and whether they could be outside with him or not. That may not mean much to some, but when we’ve had multiple people doing work in our home where they have kept our gate open so our dogs got out, it meant a lot to me. He explained so much about our different options that I was able to make a good decision for a path forward, and if I had questions that he felt someone else at their company would be able to handle them better, he offered to have me talk with them and was honest about he extent of his knowledge. It was a great experience!

Ricky did an amazing job installing 2 AC units at our house. The job was done in a timely manner and is working out well. He was a super nice guy and explained everything great.
Nytech installed our air-conditioning a few years back and when our water heater went out I was glad to find that they had expanded to plumbing.
Benji T did a fantastic job on diagnosing the issues and completing a repair that saved us from the 90+ degree heat. Had the replacement part that was needed on his truck and also did a full system evaluation. Having Nytech come back to quote replacing some aging hot water heaters as well. If you want to go with someone who is honest and expedient, you can't go wrong with Benji T and Nytech!
