They spoke to the homeowner about the pros and cons of repairs vs replacement, and the homeowner decided to move forward with setting up a comfort consultation for a furnace replacement. Daikin Furnace Replacement – Coach House Loop in Castle Rock
We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.

Very happy with Nytech i wish i would have contacted them last year when I had service issues, instead of who i used that charged me 3x and messed things up causing my AC not to work now that i needed it. I called Nytech around 7:00 am left a message by 7:50 am i had a call back to set up an appt for next morning. They assigned me Tyler was very professional, honest , detailed and took his time to check everything. All is up and running, will use again :-)

I reached out in the evening when my air conditioner stopped working. I completed an online form to request service. I had a call by 8 am the following morning with options for a service call the following day. The communication was great and the tech showed up when promised and promptly fixed my issue. They also performed a comprehensive evaluation of our system with recommendations for future maintenance suggestions. No pressure, just suggestions for down the road options.

I have been a regular service customer -- on the service plan -- with Nytech for several years. It is AC service time and had a new technician this time. Rob was very thorough, very efficient and pleasant to work with . I appreciated his respect for my time and his effort to do the job well and efficiently.
