Our A/C had quit, Nytech had come highly recommend. We called and had a friendly receptionist arrange an appointment the same day. Benji arrived on schedule and found that the main outside switch had turned off and that the unit was suffering age related breakdown. He was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He went the extra mile and patiently explained our HVAC system and more. We will be replacing our A/C and will be using Nytech. They are the best in our experience of local HVAC companies I give Benji 100 stars!

Ricky is very personable, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained our thermostat thoroughly and took the time to make sure our questions were answered.

Ricky did a fantastic job of finally repairing/connecting several drainage pipes from my central humidifier, Tankless water heater, and water purifier. I’ve had problems with overflowing flooding for years, but he provided a clean resolution that should be full proof. Greatly appreciate his help and his friendly demeanor as well as customer service.

From all the hvac people I met Tim was the most outstanding one. He was beyond thorough and knowledgeable , patient, explained everything. So good at what he does. Truly one of the top people in the business.

Michael Ryan showed up quickly and was extremely professional and friendly. He is a great example of what and how a service technician should be. On top of that he was knowledgeable and thorough.

Benji was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly, showed and had me look where the issues were and gave potential solutions for all the noted issues with my system. The company clearly ensures they hire the best employees and that they stay knowledgeable and trained on HVAC. On top of that I had same day service. Phenomenal! Benji will be my request to come back for more work.

Benji inspected my two year old system and took some photos. Everything was great but he told me what might be next to update or clean (fan). He wore shoe covers every time he was in the house. Spent about one hour and took photos of working parts. Nicely done!

Ricky came out the same day we called about our furnace not heating. He quickly discovered at problem and informed us the part was still under warranty. Thanks for your honesty. Unfortunately, he had to order the part. The following day the part came in and Michael came out and installed it. Everyone has always been on time, very friendly, helpful and professional. Micheal even offered to bring us Starbucks coffee on his way.

Everything was fine

I had my A/C back up from rust in pipes, I didn’t know if water was coming from my water heaters or what... Ricky came out, handled it and explained everything he was doing. Very reasonable pricing and he explained their yearly maintenance program. I’m very impressed and so happy I listened to a few people who told me Nytech is the best. Thank you Ricky!

Excellent experience. Am considering buying a new house and decided to augment my inspection with a Nytech HVAC specific inspection given my last home purchase resulted in getting a system with issues that couldn’t be solved. Colt came out and ran through Nytech’s typical deep diagnostic analysis of the system, documented everything well, and now I know everything there is to know before I commit to buy and I have what I need to request a few things be handled by the seller. Awesome outcome.

Colt is a pleasure to have in our home to research a problem. He is very professional and does a complete check to determine what steps to take to solve the problem. He is quick and is very aware of taking care to keep the work area cleaned up and is good about wearing the covers on his shoes so as to not dirty the carpet on the stairs. He is a credit to your company and I would recommend Nytech to friends and family.

I had Nytech put in my A/C unit over 14 years ago & would recommend them to anyone. When Dzemal came in he made sure to wear protective foot ware to make sure no dirt was tracked into the house, made sure my air filters were clean.
