The techs are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Many years ago, Nytech installed my furnace, air conditioner & humidifier with wonderful results. I hired them again to replace my humidifier that went out of warranty. The techs know their stuff, they go above and beyond and they are excellent at customer service.

Benji was great. very kind and efficient with our service. he went above and beyond taking care of a problem with our thermostat as well as advising us about a problem with our humidifier. he was unable to fix it at this time due to lack of parts but have no doubt it will get done.

Dylan at Nytech did an amazing job. The entire process from the first phone call, to the courtsey "I am on the way" call to follow up went perfectly.

Our water heater went out and Benji made it over first thing in the morning. He was prompt and professional, as well as very friendly and good at relaying what was going on with the water heater.

This was the 3rd trip for this issue. I believe the last trip the problem was missed and it put a lot of extra wear on the new pressure valve on h2o tank. Therefore the rating for cost /pricing.

Ricky was very friendly, he kept me informed on what he was doing. He was very nice to my 3 senior, barky dogs, and he wore protective shoe coverings when he was inside my home. He seemed to do a very thorough check on my AC units. I appreciated all his work. He deserves a Yeti cooler ;)

I had NyTech come out to evaluate an ongoing issue with our heater. While other companies just recommended a full replacement of the system, Ricky did a more thorough inspection and identified the root of the problem. He provided a series of options to resolve the issue. He was knowledgeable and not only explained the problem but showed us. Nytech has been the best service company that we've used in Castle Rock.

Dillon was the service tech and he was great. Arrived early on a Saturday. was very pleasant, very good communicator. Shared everything he was doing. educated us on the situation, cost, service etc.
