Kellen was great. Professional and informed me of all things along the way. It was noted near the end of the visit that the drain from the furnace/AC was improperly plumbed and that there was the option of adding a pressure switch on the secondary drain output to alleviate the problem that I had encountered and thus your last visit. This option was never offered to me and honestly I’m more than just a bit disappointed since now it seems like the last service I had was to not fix the underlying issue but to get me to sign up for your monthly service agreement. Again this has no reflection on Kellen as he did a great job!!

We're on their maintenance plan. One of of furnaces was not working correctly. It wasn't an emergency so the visit could wait until a normal business day. That means, no charge service visit. Thankfully our issue was a clogged water pipe. Found quickly and professional service.

Timely service call...arrival as promised. Benji was thorough in his explanation of the tests that I watched. He was honest in his appraisal of the situation and at the conclusion of his visit I was confident we had moved forward with the best solution.

Nytech is a company I would highly recommend. Excellent service all the way around from appointment setup to diagnosis to service or installation. Benji, our technician, was installing a new water heater and was on time, performed great service and made sure everything was in working order and clean. Benji then explained everything he installed, what we needed to do to maintain the new water heater and answered all our questions. Great people and an excellent company to do business with.

7:30 on a Saturday night in January isn’t ideal time for the furnace to stop working. But a call to Nytech got Colt right out and furnace fixed in short time. Colt was so thorough, professional and friendly. Even offered to stop and bring a coffee to us on his way to our home! We know who we’ll call from now on!

Diagnostic cost $129 except Sundays $179. I get it. A $20 to $30 ignitor i was charged $200 plus installed. Roughly 40 minutes work on property. Brett did great job however way over priced.
