The customer service was awesome. Two people provided service and they spent nearly two hours servicing and inspecting my furnace and water heater. All was really looking for was maintenance and a safety check. The fact that they spent so much time was good and bad. I knew to expect a hard sale. So be prepared for great service and know in advance what you are willing to pay for. Note they did provide excellent service to my furnace and water heater.

Ricky and all of the technicians are well trained and profoundly knowledgeable. The benefit of having a contract is not only semi annual check ups of the equipment, but the guarantee of a 24 hour response time.

Colt was very experienced and was able to communicate everything he saw and was going to remedy during the inspection. He obviously knows what he’s doing and I’m very grateful he was so thorough. Additionally, Muke was in learning mode and but he made me feel comfortable and at ease . With his knowledge. They were both personable and knowledge about what they were sent here to do. They were s great team and I would. Definitely recommend yhem to someone else!

Excellent service! Clean, kind, prompt and thorough. I had may doubts that we could get anyone in on such a short notice and we had a party of 10 arriving in 8 hours. Not only did they understand, they came as soon as possible and corrected our problem.

Again Nytech comes through with flying colors. Ricky and Mike came for annual winter service appointment. Change the filters, check to make sure everything is working well and even checked my water heater. Both guys were nice, clean and focused on making things right. Great service! the the 9 years we have been with Nytech we have never been disappointed with the service or their people!

This was my 3rd semi annual scheduled service call. This preventative maintenance has served me well as my equipment is working great without interruption. As far as the employees are concerned I couldn't be more satisfied. They have the knowledge, equipment, and planned time to do a very thorough job of preventative maintenance. Benjie was the best!!!

Great service

Nytech is an incredible company with integrity. Long story short, we had another company come out (Patriot Pro's) and they sold us a story that we need either a VERY expensive A/C repair or a replacement unit to the tune of thousands of dollars. When Nytech came in to give a second opinion, not only did they give us an option for a much more affordable repair but they gave us reassurance that the fix would last many years (Patriot Pro's said the fix would only last a few weeks and we should just buy a whole new unit). We were convinced that we needed to spend thousands to get our A/C up and running and Nytech could have taken us for that. Instead their knowledgeable and helpful tech, Colt, gave us the true story and said he could fix it for just around $200. What a relief to get news like that when you first thought you'd be out several thousand! I appreciate Colt's honesty and his thorough inspection of the situation. A/C works great and i feel confident that Nytech will stand by their work. We will definitely use Nytech's services in the future!

Fast and very knowledgeable

My AC unit went out during a pretty hot week in August. I called after work and was offered help immediately. I opted to wait until the first available daytime appointment, but I appreciated that I had a choice. Benji arrived as scheduled and was extremely thorough. I never felt like he was rushing or anxious to get going. He spent a lot of time going over my AC system and helping me figure out the best solution for my home. There are just some things I don't care to be an expert on, but I don't want to feel like my ignorance is being used against me either. Benji answered all my questions (in laymen's terms) and established that he really knew what he was doing. I definitely feel better having a reliable company to call in the future and I will certainly be using Nytech to maintain my HVAC system on an ongoing basis.

The installers were on time and very courteous. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Everything went very smoothly and I am very happy with the work. The only downside was nobody told me an electrician would need to come by to replace a circuit breaker. When I returned the call to the electrician, I didn't know who he was or how he got my number. None of that went very well and I still don't know if a new circuit breaker was installed.

Called nytech for hot water heater service. Got scheduled immediately and was kept informed from start to finish. Very efficient and clear explanation of issue. Signed up for annual maintenance contract too. Great job!
