The technician sent by Nytech was great. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The only issue I had was the pricing. Paying $129 just to get a tech. out and then pay another $115 to blow out a 1/2" pvc drain line is a bit ridiculous. Not to mention the prices for modifying the drain lines. Which I didn't do.

Ricky was awesome!! He came out on a Saturday late afternoon and got our AC up and running. EXCELLENT service! Very professional and honest. I can’t say enough about this company. We’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Everyone that I spoke with at Nytech did a great job. From scheduling the appointment to identifying the issue with my A/C and fixing it within a timely manner, I was very pleased. So much so that I signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

Benji was great. Took the time to explain everything, gave us options and did a great job as always.

Colt was knowledgeable, informative, polite

Benji gave me a call with an ETA prior to arrival, arrived at the beginning of our schedule service window, and was extremely fast and courteous. He even installed our new thermostat and cleaned our EZ trap (he installed a year prior due to leaks in our system) which was in addition to the service we had him come by for (fuse replacement caused by our DIY thermostat replacement gone wrong). He's great to work with - our landlords use him as well so I knew who to call when we came across a problem.

Benji did a great job explaining all the recommendations for the system in our new house. I feel like I understand my options and can make an educated decision based on his thorough explanation.

AC went out just as warm temps came in! One call to Nytech and their pleasant office staff had a tech on his way the next morning! And Colt arrive promptly and quickly identified our issue and showed us the price. With in an hour we were on our way to a cool summer. Colt was a straight shooter with a ready smile. He gave us suggestions on how to even cool between first and second floors and explained his evaluation of furnace and AC w/o. There were no additional charges than the one explained by the office and Colt’s repair work. We even used a coupon from Nytech’ website. We will have them back this fall and are likely to buy their service contract!

Colt went above and beyond with his visit to check our furnace and humidifier. He helped me to find a leak that a plumber was not able (or willing) to investigate! He was so knowledgeable and I appreciate how honest he was about what we needed. I will definitely call NYTech again and ask for Colt!

NyTech technicians call before arrival, arrive on time, are professionally dressed and geared to accomplish the job, have a decent amount of typical replacement parts in their van and demonstrate knowledgeable/efficient work practices. If you are looking for the cheapest resource, then NyTech may not be your cup of tea. But, if you are looking for excellent service at reasonable prices, then NyTech may be the best in Castle Rock.

NYTech did a great job of educating us with options for our leaking,14 year old water heater. We decided to replace it without feeling pressured to do so. They moved us to the top of the list and in less than a week the job was done. And we received a follow up call as to our satisfaction. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. First of all I’d like to say that we appreciate this company having emergency service overnight and on weekends. We had a service call last week from Benji to check our heating system for possible issues since it shut down temporarily during a wind storm. He was polite, respectful and very friendly. We recently had Colt come out to our house on one of the coldest days where our heat had not been on for over 12 hours. Colt was a true professional and able to help clearly and quickly figure out the problem. He was an all around great guy. Courteous, knowledgeable and communicated frequently keeping us in the know. We cannot say enough about our tremendous experience with Colt and with the company. Colton Made a frustrating and stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
