Daikin Furnace Replacement – Coach House Loop in Castle Rock
We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.

Nothing stops this company from doing a great job. Not even today’s blizzard. Of all days for a furnace to stop working, mine picked today when the whole town is shut down. In comes Colt to save us from a deep freeze. Heat is working. Quick service with a smile. Highly recommend this company.

The level of customer service is what sets Nytech apart. Benji went over all the options and outlined what he thought were must do's versus might do's. Everything was explained in detail so i could better understand any issues.

Great service
Well they were not the cheapest they definitely went above and beyond. When I had the other companies come out and give us a quote for a new multi stage furnace and moving everything they only spent a few minutes coming up with a quote. Mike spent the time to evaluate that we need to expand her trunk lines it but exam in the flow rates and spent about two hours coming up with a bed and he gave me multiple-choice options. He even said technically we didn’t need to put in a new furnace because the other one was already hitting the space anyway. There was money well spent
They always send out techs that are very good at what they do and are very easy to talk to. They will not sell you anything, but instead will give you the straight information on your heating/cooling units

Arrived promptly on time; assessed the problem; tried one avenue of correction; but, found the replacement motor he had on the truck wouldn't work in our furnace. He ordered the part we needed and the new motor is now being replaced. Very happy with the professionalism and service.

Began our heating/HVAC service about a year ago. Their technicians are properly trained, uniformed, and equipped with the latest electronic tools to effectively evaluate, clean, refurbish or replace most components associated with modern heating or cooling equipment found in the home. NyTech is supported with competent Office Professionals who can help define your needs, assign appropriate service personnel and provide pre-visit reminders and post-visit follow up on any matter in their system. Upon completion of my annual furnace inspection, cleanup and evaluation I immediately received an email report of all testing results, repairs implemented and suggested repairs of items affecting either reliability and/or efficiency. Within an hour or so, I received a follow up call from the NyTech Office to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. In my opinion, these folks are indeed the definition of “good old fashioned service”, something that is becoming more rare every day. NyTech may not be the least expensive service group in the field, but in my humble opinion, when you get what you pay for - it is worth every penny! Look into NyTech’s various service agreement plans, they increase the value of your investment and provide a degree of confidence that effective, reliable and on-time service for your heating and cooling needs is but a phone call away.

Heating furnace was malfunctioning, Colt from Nytech found the problem immediately and fixed it with a new hot surface ignition in a matter of minutes. He also looked over the furnace for any other potential problems that could arise in the near future. Was so impressed with the service I signed up for their annual maintanence package.
