Gage was fantastic and very thorough! He took the time to open up the whole system to check vs other services we have used that just do 5 min checks and leave. He wasn’t pushy with sales and was very courteous.

We've waited several days so we could get a sense of how well the new system cools. Uniformly and marvelously well. No warm spots. Just cool. I trust the new furnaces will perform as well. Interacting with Tim, Will and Jon was a delight. They were professional, cordial, polite, well spoken, hard-working, great with our dog, Louie, and easy to have in the house for what must have been four long days for them. Mike Mizak and Jon Bonham were my service team that installed my new Lennox A/C & Furnace. They were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. The install was a bit challenging due to a larger blower and the bottom plenum had to be rebuilt. The system also had to be rotated to the back part of my basement’s unfinished area due to the larger system not having 30 inch minimum clearance toward the front the way the older smaller system was configured. The team rewired the turn-offs switch and replumbed the exhaust stack along with reconfiguring the gas line shared by the water heater (they even added a new turn off valve on the gas line for easy access toward the front). The install looked amazing and clean. Mike and Jon kept me informed along the way. The install was a 2 day job and they did a thorough walk through of the finished job once done. I am extremely happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. Great team and great experience. Thanks Nytech!!!

Tyler and his assistant Josef were great. Efficient, knowledgable and easy to work with. Explained everything, very customer oriented. Only issue (shock) was with the (very) high cost associated with the new high tech thermostats required by Lennox systems to maximize their effectiveness.

The technician was very knowledgeable and figured out what was going on with my shower. He replaced the broken parts and was very helpful in fixing the handle, and saving me from having to replace it. He was also very thorough in his explanation of the issue, and unrelated issues that we discussed. He was prompt in sending me estimates for other work we discussed getting done soon as well.

Gage was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to fix all our needs in one visit! Highly recommend!

Four Stars on cost only because we all know it's never a good time when your AC has issues when it's in the 90's in CO. But the pricing was very fair in reality. Quick response, same day service as my initial call was awesome!

If you want a reliable, knowledgeable, honest and someone with great customer service I recommend Nytech Heating and Colling; especially Benji Tafoya. He spent over an hour going though all components of my air conditioner as well as my furnace. At the end of the review, he sat with me and thoroughly explained what he had found, by showing me or drawling me pictures, to ensure I understood what he was talking about. At the end of our conversation, he created multiple different packages from must haves to luxuries. At no point did I ever feel pressured into purchasing anything, he just wanted to make sure I was 100% informed on all options for me to make an educated decision on how to proceed. I am in great hands, and will continue using Nytech for all my heating and cooling needs going forward.

My experience started out great with my first telephone call, but then went downhill from there. The assigned tech, Anthony first was going to show up a day earlier and it was only by chance that I saw the text and was able to call him off. Then, when I talked with him, I explained the situation and asked him for a thought on price, fully noting I understood it depended on his evaluation. He told me the company recently did a similar job but it also included breaking up concrete, and that one was approximately $8400. Once he had completed his inspection, he was going to send me the estimate. He called to inform me he couldn't send it that afternoon as the excavating company wasn't available to provide their details so he would call me back right away the next morning (20 JUL 23). At 1:15 pm I finally had to call the company to find out what was going on and the person who answered the phone told me the tech had all the information, but he would call me back soon. Anthony finally called me back a bit after 3:00 pm and I had just received the estimate prior to his call - $9204, with no details, just an amount. When I expressed my confusion why 1) there were no details on the estimate and 2) why it was that amount, he got very defensive and first tried to say that he told me it would be between $10k and $20k, which is simply not true. He then told me that he doesn't put together the estimates, but that someone in the office does that. When I informed him the office person told me the exact opposite, he was at a loss for another answer. he also wasn't able to tell me exactly when they could start the job. In short, if this Anthony person is the face of Nytech, then I cannot, in good conscience use your services or recommend your company. As for my star ratings, I really can't directly rate questions 2-4 but since i had to answer, I went with the lowest. They are mostly non applicable though, but your survey doesn't allow for that.

Levi and John were awesome, knowledgeable, hard working and excellent service. They ripped and replaced my entire AC in the attic… not an easy task but they did an awesome job. Work was great clean and super professional.

We used Nytech for many home projects last year and throughout the process they gave wonderful customer service. During the last year as existing customers, when we’ve had any issues they are very responsive and quick to work out a solution which we really appreciate.
